How much does it cost?

Four plans, priced per business in CAD: Free ($0), Starter $7.99/month ($79/year), Pro $14.99/month ($149/year) and Business $24.99/month ($249/year). Annual billing gives you about two months free. Using the other Nextia apps too? The NextiaBusiness Suite covers Tax, Invoices and Booking from $21.99/month.

What does “automatic receipt reading” mean?

When you snap, upload or forward a receipt, invoice or bill, NextiaTax reads it for you (OCR, optical character recognition) and fills in the vendor, date, amounts and sales taxes for you to review. Each page read counts toward your plan’s monthly pages: 200 on Starter, 700 on Pro and 1,500 on Business. The Free plan doesn’t read documents: you type the details yourself and attach the photo or PDF to the record.

What happens after the trial?

Nothing is charged, and nothing is locked or lost. When the 14-day Pro trial ends, your business moves to the Free plan with every record it has, and receipts already read stay read. From then on the Free limits apply, including 20 read pages a month. Choose a paid plan any time, paying securely with Stripe, for more.

What is the NextiaBusiness Suite?

One subscription for all three Nextia apps — NextiaTax, NextiaInvoices and NextiaBooking — on one Nextia account. Suite Pro puts all three on Pro for $21.99/month ($219/year), instead of $34.97/month bought separately. Suite Business puts all three on Business for $29.99/month ($299/year), instead of $54.97/month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from NextiaTax billing or the Stripe portal before your renewal date to stop the next charge. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; after that your business stays on the Free plan with all its records.

Do paid plans renew automatically?

Yes. A paid plan renews at the monthly or annual interval you choose until you cancel. The billing interval and renewal timing are shown during checkout and in your billing account.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund terms are set out in the Billing & Refund Policy. If something looks wrong on a charge, contact support and we’ll look into it.

Are taxes included?

Displayed plan prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable GST/HST, QST, PST, or other taxes. Checkout shows the amount and taxes before you confirm payment.
